International Patient Depatrmant of Bent Al- Hoda hospital provides health care services to clients who travel outside their home country to obtain health care either domestic or international tourists,
IPD team obtain the client’s medical history and after a comprehensive review and conducting relevant diagnostic tests will determine the need for service.

The IPD team coordinates each client’s medical appointments including consultation, diagnosis and medical procedures, and any additional appointments needed. We work with the client’s physician in the home country to ensure compliance with discharge instructions and post- operative treatment plan as well.
Our team has multilingual staff members or access to interpreters who can communicate in the languages commonly spoken by the populations served and we responed to client and family suggestions and specific needs in an open and timely way.
We are commited to make each patient’s stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.
